Brian S. Bellamy was born in Beaumont, Texas, and raised in Weslaco, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Bellamy received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2004.

Mr. Bellamy's law practice consists mainly of Banking and Finance Law, Real Estate Law, Business and Commercial Law, Consumer Law, General Contract Negotiations, and Corporate Development, Formation and Representation.
